Each client is assigned a primary bookkeeper and a backup bookkeeper. While our clients only communicate with their primary bookkeeper, they can rest assured that we have a team behind that contact to support them as well. We do this to provide our clients with superb service, first and foremost. An added and necessary perk is that this also allows our bookkeepers peace of mind that if they need to step away for any reason, we have their work covered. Our team collaborates and cross-trains on everything we do. We also document and keep notes on all policy & procedures for our clients.
