MONTHLY MAINTENANCE

The best practice in bookkeeping requires regular maintenance. This is the work we do routinely for each client each month. This package includes weekly updates of your QuickBooks Online or Ajera bank ledger, bank reconciliations, income-source tracking for state and local tax reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and more. Each month we send a quality control reviewed packet to our clients as a (virtual) tangible of what we have completed. We customize all monthly maintenance service packages to meet each client’s needs. This allows you, the client, to decide which tasks it makes sense to outsource and which tasks it makes sense to keep in-house. This is our most popular service package. We are on-call and ready to do it all!

Quarterly Maintenance

Do you have pesky state, local, and payroll returns that you need help with? Or, maybe your business is just starting, and you don’t have many transactions to track. There are several reasons a quarterly maintenance schedule may be a better fit for some companies. We understand the need for reliable bookkeeping services from the very start of your business’s creation, and this is a way we provide that. This service package receives minimal but ample support. These clients may not have a designated bookkeeper, and their source documents are only collected and processed each quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct). With this service package, we are not on-call and not expecting to do it all; but we will take care of the heavy lifting!

The level of detail many software programs report can be impacted by as little as one account is set up incorrectly.

Training

Many small business owners just want to do it themselves. For those of you who would like tutorials on how to use or navigate QuickBooks Online or Ajera we provide one-on-one consulting sessions. Our sessions are booked one hour at a time and follow an agenda we create based on your individual needs and interests.

On-call

For the businesses who have all their bases covered but like to know that they have an entire team of professionals on standby, we offer on call consulting services. This is exactly what it sounds like. When you need us, we’ll be on stand-by!
